Since 2011, I have served as the coordinator for the Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) and am currently an Extension Associate in the Department of Food Science at Cornell University. I have a passion for agriculture and food, and a strong interest in helping food producers navigate complex regulatory requirements and implement practices to improve food safety and maintain the viability of their businesses.
Beyond produce safety, I have had the opportunity to gain a diverse background in food science and food systems, including troubleshooting supply chain distribution food quality and safety issues, food product development and sensory science, and food microbiology.
In my spare time, I can most likely be found pursuing some outdoor adventure in my home in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, cooking, or gardening.
