Bio

I am a faculty member at University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR. As a food safety professional, my greatest interest are in providing student mentorship, community food safety education, and processor food safety training. As a researcher, I primarily focus in challenging and validating processing technologies and post-process interventions, with an emphasis on low-moisture foods. I care deeply about food safety and expanding our knowledge in all areas of food microbiology!
