Currently Food & Beverage - Executive Area Technical Support Coordinator (SEAL) at Ecolab. Previously I worked at Red Diamond – Coffee & Tea as Assistant Vice President of Quality, Regulator, and R&D; Randolph Associates as a Food Safety Consultant, specializing in food safety program development, and sanitation systems; Ecolab – Kay Chemical. Earlier in my career, I spent 12 years in the restaurant industry, four of which as a certified chef and ran my own personal chef and catering businesses. I am the 2016 Past President of the Alabama Association for Food Protection (AAFP); the 2016 - 2017 International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) Executive Board Affiliate Council Chairperson; the 2017-2019 IAFP Food Fraud PDG Chairperson; and AAFPs affiliate delegate to IAFP. I have a Food Science degree from Mississippi State University and my Le Cordon Bleu from MCCC.
