Eric Moore is the Director of Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance at Testo North America. For the last 20 years, Eric has been a proactive leader in improving food safety programs at multiple industry-leading food service and retail organizations. A graduate of Penn State University (‘99) he holds his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. He has held his CP-FS credential since 2005, is a Preventative Control Qualified Individual (PCQI) and currently chairs/co-chairs working groups with AFFI, IAFP, CFP is actively involved with AFDO, and NSF. Currently, Moore provides organizational leadership guidance as the global food safety expert for Testo North America and oversees all aspects of compliance and regulatory policy within the subject matter.
